WHAT TYPE OF COOKIES DO YOU OFFER?
We currently offer decorated sugar cookies in a variety of flavors.
NEW ITEM - We now take orders for Alfajores. These are popular South American cookies that are sandwiched with dulce de leche in the middle and are coated with shredded coconut.
How soon can I place an order?
The sooner the better. There is a minimum of at least 2 weeks in advance for any custom order. If there is availability in the schedule to fit an order with less than 2 weeks notice, there is an additional rush fee.
Is there a minimum to order?
STANDARD SIZE COOKIES (about 3”-4”) have a minimum of one dozen cookies per order.
MINI COOKIES (about 2” or less) have a minimum of 2 dozen cookies per order.
ALFAJORES
Alfajores have a minimum of 2 dozen per order. These mini circle are about 2 inches in size and can be packaged individually in a cellophane bag or in a bakery box.
What is your pricing?
Standard cookies start at $55/dozen and will vary by design(s).
Mini cookies start at $34/dozen (minimum of 2 dozen) and will vary by design(s).
Alfajores are $24/dozen (minimum of 2 dozen order).
*Additional colors, metallic colors, logos, characters, & special packaging can be an additional cost.
What flavors do you offer?
We currently offer the following sugar cookie flavors for custom-made orders:
-Vanilla Bean
-Chocolate
-Chocolate chip
Unfortunately, we cannot combine flavors and can only do one flavor option per order.
Do you offer shipping?
Unfortunately, due to Virginia Cottage Food Law we are unable to ship our cookies. They are however available for local pick-up in Arlington, VA.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the custom creation of our baked items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders.
Do you offer nut-free or gluten free options?
At the moment, we do not offer nut-free or gluten free options. If you have specific dietary questions, please contact us and we will accommodate your needs as best as we can.
*Baked goods are made in a home kitchen where allergen products are used such as eggs, nuts, soy, peanuts, wheat, fish.
When is my order finalized?
Your order is considered finalized when you receive a final invoice, and deposit is made. Once both are complete, we will add you to the calendar and your order will be considered finalized.
